If you fail to plan to include time online for money making, you will FAIL at earning with click programs. I've found that many people prioritize their online activities as very low on a scale of important things to do once they make a decision to try and make money with click programs. This is a huge mistake.
If you don't treat earning online as IMPORTANT and schedule adequate time for being online to click, you will always be disappointed about the balance in your payment processors... likely you won't have anything more than a dollar or two ever in your payment processors.
Treat the collection of money making click programs and your activities at these sites as YOUR JOB. It is correct what most people say - you don't get stuff for nothing. You don't get paid without working. You won't do well if you spend twenty minutes clicking one day, skip a few days then two hours clicking when you feel you can slot the clicking activities in.
If you really want to earn online with click programs, you will schedule in at least two hours of clicking time in 5 days a week like a part-time job. Then you will be patient and understand that you'll be waiting a couple of months to see reasonable balances build up in your payment processor. As well, you will work with at least 20 or 30 programs to reasonably expect to see positive progress with this type of earning activity. Working in even the top 5 or 10 programs on line will not get you far. If you are patient enough to wait a year to see results that most people will agree are impressive, then you can get away with working in just the top 10 rated programs. Most people won't be that patient and most people expect much more money every couple of months, every month or week when they decide to try and earn income online.
Make checklists to keep by your computer to remind you to work through your click program links - then stick to what the notes/checklist details say! If something comes up and you skip a day, make plans to fill in a couple of hours of clicking time on another day or add a half hour to what you had planned for the rest of the week. No activity means no pay.
Following a checklist means - being able to measure some successes, a tool to mentally prompt you to keep moving forward with your online earning goals. I can't tell you exactly HOW TO MAKE your checklists because I don't know what your lifestyle is like but do sit down and figure out how much time you can regularly spend online clicking links and collecting cash. Don't assume that without any list or prioritizing that you'll just remember to log in to earning programs the next time you turn on your computer. You may have any of a number of other tasks appear before your eyes once you boot up your computer the next time... all of these can cause you to forget you were planning on earning some money online.

Commitment To Earning Activities
In order to make reasonable money with click programs online you'll have to make a commitment to yourself to show up regularly, click to earn, and be patient as your accounts fill with funds.
There really are special links attached to pennies, half pennies, tenth of a penny, quarter pennies all over the net. Yes, I know it takes 10 tenth of a penny clicks to equal one penny... That sounds drastically LOW to many people and ridiculously low to others. To those who are really dedicated to making some money online and starting out with close to sure-fire earning online, ten clicks is no work at all to gather and cash in at payment processors!
If I open up six programs in a multi-tabbed browser and click in six different earning programs, in one minute I am usually earning a few cents for all my combined clicks. Yes this is still under minimum wage if you do all calculations and insist on talking in "wage per hour." It's way low for earning value... but - done consistently, it turns into two dollar, five dollar, ten and 30 dollar payments to your payment processor or bank accounts. As well... when you're working with programs from long term legitimate owners, you're going to get paid without needing to rely on the actions of anyone else or any response at all to what you are doing online. You show up - click - show up consistently - click - get paid. You don't have to make an ad, write an article, do anything else. Just show up - click - repeat until you can cash out and get paid.
So I make a few cents per minute in multiple programs, a dollar or two per week (in multiple programs!), and at the end of the month, I request some minimum payment cashouts and have money in my payment processors. Yes, I did a LOT of clicking... but I get paid for it, too? (it is an ILLUSION and pure PROPAGANDA, messages saying "you cannot earn with those click programs" - probably perpetuated by those who want you to buy into THEIR more expensive programs - and those who half-heartedly tried click programs, expecting too much, too soon).
If cashing out from several programs all in the same time period, your diligent clicking shows up in your payment processors as ten, twenty, thirty, fifty bucks!
In the meantime, your other online money making peers who didn't do any click programs but who fell into a bunch of clickbank, product promotion, info-product promotion programs, affiliate sites/programs did many hours of labour as well without getting paid a single cent. They may have even had to purchase training materials first and still are without a cent going back to their payment processors.
Oh, some peers will have, in the same time period, successfully navigated a huge learning curve with learning how to use autoresponders, they built sales and promotion pages, wrote promotional articles and product review articles and such, surfed at free credit traffic exchanges, navigated safelists, text ad exchanges and a whole lot of other things... Some will have done very well for themselves but most who venture into online money making programs DO NOT DO WELL for a long, long time. Also, those who put in some time, got paid a bit, may have put in a lot more time working than you did... with sites that an inexperienced owner decided to SHUT DOWN, so your successful beginner peer may have no sustained income after a month or two.
One thing about click programs... if one shuts down - you can quickly (within MINUTES) find another of the same value clicks and start earning again.
Your commitment will be to yourself... to be patient, show up and gather the money sitting at all the links spread around the web every day, ignore distractions and down talk about the futility of working with click programs (those who say such things, are obviously spending too much time mouthing off, not enough time clicking), and just show up to collect your money!

Mind-Set For Working With Click Programs
When you start out working with Incremental Earning Programs - PTC, PTR, PTR-PTP programs and some of the cash earn Traffic Exchanges, it will be like switching to a minimum wage job online...
In the start phase or beginner phase, it is extremely hard to see where a person is making any money. One thing that helped me set my mind to really earning with these programs was realizing that there really are thousands of dollars sitting online just waiting for someone to CLICK links!
I decided if these PTR/PTC and PTP link programs are so distasteful for other people, this meant: ALL THE MORE LINKS FOR ME TO FIND AND CLICK.
I developed some patience, worked a whole bunch of programs, found long-term legitimate and honest program owners to approach, and stopped thinking of money in terms of dollars per hour. Basically anything I earned through clicking and didn't have the opportunity to spend from my bank account was money well earned. I just let the funds collect in several accounts and a month later, I was seeing the possibility of pay outs to my payment processor.
I didn't cash out most of the minimum payment amounts for most programs because I wanted to re-invest properly when I got paid and put the click program earnings into something that would bring in money more rapidly.
Sometimes this meant forwarding funds into upgrades in programs (actually, I am not upgraded at very many programs yet but upgrades in most legitimate PTC/PTR doesn't prevent members from being paid). Sometimes this has meant just letting some funds sit in my PayPal or Payza accounts until I figure out a good place for investing funds to make more money.
In short, PATIENCE, CONSISTENCY and a tight rein on funds (no spending five dollars here and two dollars there) are all things I had to learn were important for making my hours online with PTC/PTR clicking worthwhile.
I learned to work up to 50 programs per day (I have cut back after earning and receiving payouts because I need to feel comfortable with working online, not overloaded by tiny tasks for hours on end), keep my emails organized, use multi-tabbed browsers so that I could get the most clicks happening at one time - thus increasing the worth of the clicking activities for me.
Working with click programs is a little like being the one on the street who will pick up a penny on the street, go home and put it in a jar - EVERY TIME a penny is seen. At the end of a year, there are dollars to take to the bank or a nice purchase can be made for something wanted but not written into the budget. Those who laughed all year long because you picked up pennies aren't buying themselves a surprise treat or anything. Maybe they will continue to laugh. Maybe not - however, it doesn't really matter WHAT they think or do... it matters that you ended up with some extra money for picking up things others felt were useless and of no value.

Earning With Incremental Cash Programs
Most marketers won't spend any time whatsoever and will actually downplay (or make insults about) the value of incremental cash programs and tiny earning amounts garnered from PTC, PTR/PTP programs, autosurfs and link share programs.
If you are someone just starting out without any money and you are attempting to make money online, these kinds of programs may be all you get for free!
Let me tell you - many Paid To Click and Paid To Read (PTR and some with PTP links, as well) sites and programs ARE legitimate businesses and are not scams. Their only disadvantage is that they do, in fact, offer small cash amounts in return for what most people think is too much effort.
Sadly, big Guru Marketers also spend a fair amount of time and energy making many derogatory statements and erroneous statements about these programs, calling them, collectively, "a big waste of time," and saying that they're all scam programs.
This simply IS NOT TRUE. For those on a shoestring budget or worse - totally broke - these programs are excellent ways for a person to begin to build an income online. Sure, members of these programs will have work to do and incremental amounts of funds will trickle into member accounts but those who participate in the earning tasks related to the programs who let all the funds add up WILL CASH OUT and bring REAL MONEY into their online payment processors. In the end, cash is cash, right?
